Weekly One Shots
What is a D&D One Shot?
A one-shot campaign is designed to be completed within a single RPG session. They come in handy for a variety of situations…
- As part of a Session 0, you want to run a small encounter to test out the rules and characters
- You have a temporary group that may not meet again with the same characters
- Your larger campaign needs a quick side quest when the party takes a direction you did not anticipate
- A few players didn’t show up on game night so you need to run something with minimal preparation for the rest of the group
Each Weekly One Shot is D&D module that includes a full-color dungeon map and system-neutral adventure notes. They are ready to go, with minimal preparation required. Subscribers get the latest map pack for free before it is released to the public.
The dungeon map pack includes three versions. A GM map showing area markers and trap locations plus two player maps—one with a grid and one without. The dungeon maps are all scaled to work with Roll20.
While each Weekly One Shot makes reference to OGL 5e rules and creatures, they are system-neutral and easily used with any rule set. The notes are available for free online or you can purchase the PDF version at DriveThruRPG.
